Chapter 66: Misty Mountain Hop

Yesterday we moved out of our first hotel. As nice as the couple who ran the place were, I was rather pleased to leave. Change of scenery and something different. We went back to Bangor University, after a decision was reached that many would like to visit a class about Kubrick, which would actually be focusing on A Clockwork Orange. I like the film, but not as many as others...and I was more into the idea of shooting and a looking at scenery, especially because we were going to Snowdonia National Park. So Micheal and I didn't go to the class, and we searched for some shots in Bangor.

We were both quite satisfied with the shots and pictures we got, feeling like we got a lot of good footage we would have otherwise missed out on. We met back up with the rest of the group, and headed off to lunch in Snowdonia. Lunch was actually quite good. Then we went off on a great little hike in the park. Forests, trees, creeks, old ruins of houses, lakes, and mountains. Gorgeous. After we finished the hike we had to head off to check into the next hotel, in Beaumaris.

This hotel is better than the bed and breakfast. Its roomier, with a bigger bathroom and roomier/better shower. We had a terrific dinner included in our hotel bill, and then headed off to bed. It was a pretty satisfying day.
